Returns are accepted for defective merchandise or mispicks (incorrect garment was received). We are not able to accept returns for incorrect sizing or unwanted merchandise. Please note that any item that has been personalized with a name or number cannot be returned. 

For defective merchandise or incorrect garment received, you can obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at fusion@signatureconcepts.com. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number.

Claims for mispicks or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your item is defective or you have been sent an incorrect item (or the item has been approved for return), your request will be processed as follows:

A new order will be placed and payment processed before the new item(s) enters production or ships.

Customers are to send back the defective, incorrect (or approved return item) to Signature Concepts (our Customer service team will supply you the information and RA number). Once item(s) are received, a credit will be issued back to the customer.
